We provide a comprehensive solution from the implementation and operation of a rental-based online reporting system to the investigation of potential reports.

300

When ordering our whistleblowing package for companies with fewer than 50 employees, the contracting company commits to a minimum 1-year subscription to our service, which will be billed monthly throughout the contractual period. The monthly fee is EUR 49. The package includes the following:

One-time onboarding fee, which includes the branding, installation, and configuration of the online reporting system (EUR 300)

Free whistleblowing compliance audit and consultation, during which we assess your company’s current status regarding compliance with the Whistleblower Protection Act.

Dedicated online reporting interface with your company logo, hosted on a domain provided by us for the duration of the contract. This platform serves as the channel for submitting potential reports. It allows whistleblowers to file their complaint either anonymously or by name. Upon submission, a secure, password-protected dashboard is generated for the complainant, where they can track the investigation status and easily upload any additional documentation if needed. Our legal team receives an immediate notification of each new report, enabling them to begin the investigation without delay. Throughout the process, both you and the whistleblower (via their dedicated interface) will be regularly informed about the status of the case.

Unlimited reporting: the online reporting interface allows an unlimited number of submissions, regardless of the selected plan—there is no cap on the number of whistleblowing reports that can be filed.
